What an unexpected, joyful surprise.

I am going to Japan for 1-month for my job! It was a spontaneous, spur of the moment decision. Whispers started on Thursday, confirmations came in Friday, and my last partner approval was secured on Saturday. I was asked to book the next flight out!

A whirlwind of emotions. Excited. Nostalgic. Nervous. Stressed. Exhausted. Happy. A lot had to happen between Thursday and Sunday for me to be able to pack up everything and go to JAPAN – a foreign country, a new job, a different work culture.
