The start of a new year is always a great time for a reset. My resolutions tend to be similar every year, but it’s still good to acknowledge and set the tone! Let me know what are your resolutions ♡♡♡
+ Wake Up Early – This is always a resolution of mine…I definitely failed this year lol. But in my defense I was working modified JST (Japan hours) for majority of 2020!! I’m not hopeful for 2021, I do find it difficult to find the motivation to wake up early in my parents’ house, but at the very least, I want to ensure I am getting 8 hours of sleep every night!
+ Prioritize Working Out – I haven’t worked out regularly since I used to work at the fitness studio, which is almost three years ago now…I have been seriously considering going back as a part-time employee! If the studio still had the same owners (they’ve since sold it), I would go back in a heartbeat.
+ Step Up Health Game – Health is wealth. I don’t even take vitamins. Just this year, I began to take some fish oil and biotin gummies (do gummies count???) but I want to be one of those people who have a whole cabinet of vitamins and supplements 🙂 Problem is, I don’t know which ones to take or which brands are the best…let me know if you have any recommendations!
+ BLOG MORE. MORE. MORE – I think I’m finally in a place where I can focus more on my blog!! My goal for 2021 is to strive to post at least one blog post every week!!! Please look forward to it 🙂 I’m still debating whether I should also start back up Tumblr – I LOVE TUMBLR, but I think I cannot maintain both a proper blog and a Tumblr.
