Happy Saturday, everyone ❤ I hope you don’t mind me dropping this little photodiary of my fam and I! We took my parents to Ostrichland and my mom especially loved it – every second I turned around and she was running off to another spot to feed more ostriches and emus (she was like an ostrich/emu whisperer!). We did buy an ostrich egg AND an emu egg (the emu eggs were on sale!!). We made a grand breakfast to eat them both (see last year’s attempt) and my dad now has the egg shells on display on our table lol.

On the way home, we stopped by the Stearns Wharf in Santa Barbara.

And we ended the night with some warm soup from my parent’s fav pho place, Phoholic. And of course, my mom couldn’t help herself from raiding all the nearby Viet delis/bakeries (loaded up on some banh mis and bánh patê sôs).
